"The 30A area is a perfect stretch of beach for a family vacation. We randomly picked this house because of the size, pool and proximity to the beach. It turned out to be perfectly located. The town of Seaside is delightful for kids. The beaches are so beautiful, including the lake at the end of the street, and the sandbar at the beach down the road. The house was large enough with enough bathrooms for our family of 15. The kids loved the pool and spa. There were a couple of minor plumbing issues...

"Great location and we love Old Florida Fish House. The house is in a great location for just about everything including the beach. Biking is a ton on fun."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. It was in a great location close to restaurants and just a 6 min walk to the beach. The pool area looked very nice though we didn’t use it during our stay. This condo was the perfect size for the two of us, however the bedroom is pretty small. We weren’t able to unpack as there was no dresser and only three hangers in the closet. Other than that, the kitchen was spacious as well as the balcony area. Quiet location, too."
