« The location of this property was perfect to feel like you were right in the middle of all the action in Seaside. The porch is the real star of the place. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of towels and toiletries. Property managers were so easy to communicate with - making for a smooth check-in/out process. « This property is located in the heart of Seaside right on 30A , close to all that Seaside has to offer. The property is very well appointed with top of the line appliances and very comfortable bedding. Our only complaint was the quality of the televisions. They did not offer HD tv or streaming capability. I would think that a property as nice as this one would update the tv viewing soon. The main living space is up a fairly steep set of stairs. « We had an amazing week in this amazing cottage. We usually stay in an oceanfront cottage but we booked late and they were all reserved. The property was perfectly appointed, plenty of space, very clean, and super cozy! The street noise from kids was a bit loud but it was fall break for many. We will return - thank you!!! »

« We had a great time at our Wayback cottage stay! My wife had never been so it was the perfect entry to Seaside and can’t be location. Just a disclaimer this is is a max capacity of I would say 2, maybe 3 adults, or 2 adults and a child, I would not book it for a party bigger than that. There could be a bigger shower and a washer/dryer setup but other than that we had a flawless stay! »
