"Neil’s place is as described and well located 8 minutes walk from the Scarborough Esplanade - good cafes, restaurants and hotel. Fabulous for sunset watching on the Esplanade. Neil is very generous with his welcome gifts including a bottle of red wine under his own label - I think it was Shiraz. It was nice to have lovely soft white towels (like at home). The beds were not comfortable for us though - only a thin layer of mattress between you and the springs. Overall, a good stay was had by...

"The apartments located in Observation Rise are simply wonderful. The location is convenient to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, and the amenities are outstanding (indoor heated pool, sauna, exercise room, outside lagoon). "We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. Everything was exactly as described. The Beach view was idyllic, the apartment was big and comfortable. 2 Bathrooms (1 en-suite) helps make such a difference. The apartment had everything you need - Towels, linen, pots, pans, crockery, Fridgefreezer, oven, microwave, washer, dryer etc etc. A welcome bottle of wine was also a lovely touch and gratefully received. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and would stay again for sure."
