« The property has some maintenance issues that need sorting. Carpet to bathroom and bedroom is loose. Its a curved staircase and its very dangerous. I asked about fixing it which i was told would be done by handyman. All he did was tuck it in so within a day was loose again which caused an accident. « This property is excellent fresh modern reasonable and a brilliant view . It’s close enough to everything but you feel like you are the better side of Scarborough. Local dining at the Hideout Bar excellent food and breakfast just a 5 min walk away . Good for the open air theatre cricket club and peasholme park . « We were made to feel very welcome. The apartment was beautiful and spotless with a balcony overlooking the North Bay. We had good recommendations from the staff on reception and nothing was too much trouble. The only confusion was the booking process. I assumed we had paid on booking but when we arrived were told it was still to pay for. I think this needs to be made clearer on Vrbo website booking confirmation. »

We stayed in a duplex apartment on the ground floor and felt the bedrooms were a bit small and cramped. Not enough storage space eg.
