"Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street. "Tony was great from our initial contact to answering questions. walking distance to town and the beaches ( Florence is on the rd. to Playa Los Muertos). Good footwear is required because rds are cobblestone and the town is hilly. No need to rent a golfcart if you don't mind walking."

"Eduardo, Maribel and Ricardo bent over backwards to make sure our stay was perfect. Irene and spa staff delivered exceptional relaxation experiences. Jorge and the bar staff at Si Senor provided amazing breakfast each morning and cocktails in the afternoon. And sometimes each morning. ;) Can't wait to go back!"
