The overall history and preservation of the building is fabulous. Staff is very friendly and warm. Great perks with the stay, discounts off dining options, snacks and drinks for the room and my favorite touch, robes for that homey feel. Location is great, right across the street from River St. Would absolutely stay here in the future!

The East Bay Inn is located in a preferred location for those visitors interested in visiting the waterfront as well as walking for visitors interested in walking the city. The East Bay Inn employees were all so friendly and kind. The room wad well sized and with comfortable amenities. We were so excited for our stay, started off good then we had a medical emergency and the staff was horrible stating they would not help us and we were not eligible for a refund. We hadn’t even unpacked our bags or used the room at all. Expedia was wonderful and even contacted the Inn on our behalf. but The East Bay Inn could have cared less. The East Bay Inn cares only about the almighty dollar and not their guest.

Wonderful experience for the weekend with our Golden Retrievers! The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. There were so many sweet surprise amenities, even for the pups. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and charming. Great location too. Would definitely stay again!
