"This was a very nice property located on the waterfront. Exceptional value. Off-season so very little open in the area. I may have been the only guest in the hotel that night. This would be a great location in summer for regional water activities. The Festival of Sant' Antonio happened to be starting the same day I was there. "Don’t arrive when school is letting out. Parking impossible. With hotel help, finally got parking by door, but only 2 spots for small cars. Room 10 elevator plus one flight stairs. Great balcony. Very hard to get into shower with toilet blocking. Breakfast very good. Also ate dinner which we enjoyed. Large group staying meant more hall noise than normal."
