“Great Experience”
I was pleasantly surprised at how modern and clean the room was. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. Great experience.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and our room. The staff were extremely friendly and I must say the bartender was so pleasant. She made us feel very welcome. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and our meal was supurb! We went during chowder fest and we were close to everything. We were in walking distance to eateries, nightlife and shopping. It was overall a WONDERFUL weekend. We will definately be booking this hotel again soon.
“Very nice Hotel”
Hotel was very very clean. You saw staff working hard whenever you went out of your room. Room was very clean and the hotel was within walking distance of everything in Saratoga from the Track to Caroline Street to just walking out the back door and being in Congress Park. There was a shuttle that ran most of the day and took you almost anywhere you wanted to go in town, which was nice since it was almost 100 degrees outside during the day. Price for the room was a little high, but hey, its track season in the Summer Place to Be, so what do you expect?

The service was wonderful, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

This hotel is close to down town saratoga and with in walking distance to night life and parks. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant! what more could you ask for.

The shuttle bus was the best service. Our shuttle bus driver was named Bob and he carted us to SPAC and to the downtown area. This service is free and very convenient. The pool could have been a little bigger/deeper but this hotel has an indoor and an outdoor pool!! Very impressive. The wait staff and cleaning staff were working around the clock. It shows- the hotel is clean and we had no problems with our room. This is one of the best stays I had ever had and will continue to use this hotel.
“Pretty good. I'd go back.”
The only problem I had with the hotel was the iron. I was trying to touch up a shirt and the iron didn't work too well. Other than that everything was great.
