“Great Location”

This hotel is close to restaurants, stores, parks. Had a fantastic brunch and management was extremely helpful.

“overpriced”

Don't let the name and photo fool you, the hotel is in middle of a large parking lot. Cable had no access to current movies. The room was small for two people. The bathroom had no air vent fan, so any steam or odors remained a long time.

“BEWARE..Horrible Mamagement!”

Upon attempting to check in to our NONSMOKING, RESERVED, PAID IN FULL room, we were rudely informed we would be given a smoke stench filled room! Nothing could be done to change this, because we had booked through Expedia! Apparently when it is done this way the "nonsmoking" becomes a request and not a guarantee!! She informed us with her condescending attitude that if we had called the property directly, they could have guaranteed the nonsmoking room!! BEWARE..the stench in the room was unbearable, the refrigerator was nonfunctioning, and we were informed we could open the windows, that had NO SCREENS! All well if you enjoy bugs in the room in addition to the smell that NOTHING will ever remove!! the only positive person was the maintenance man, he went out of his way to do anything in his power to help, possibly, he should be management, because what they have is not working!! Personally I love Expedia and the service, so I guess it's the Hilton I need to avoid!!

“GROSS & DISGUSTING - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!”

While greeted by the hotel check-in we were peppered with intrusive questions about what we were doing in Saratoga Springs (and also every time we left or arrived as well during our stay). After arriving in the room, we noticed a constant disgusting odor was present. I was told it was the sulphur in the water, but this reeked & my clothes all had to be immediately washed upon arriving home to get rid of the smell. (I spent 4 years at a college here, the water smell was NEVER this bad!) I swear I think a dead animal was caught in the heating ductwork instead. Also after being away all day, no maid had touched our room. When I asked what the reason was, they said they had a lot of guests & she didn't get to it yet. (This was at 6pm) They wanted to know if we'd like it done afterall. We just wanted clean towels & some clean drinking cups/coffee mugs and coffee packets for the next morning. Mugs were SOOO filthy, I thought that maybe they didn't have a dishwasher - lipstick marks, rings from coffee, other particles - on ALL 4 mugs!!! SOOO GROSS! Maid rolled her eyes & said she didn't have anything else to give me. We were given a comp. $15 Dunkin Donuts card - hardly made up for it! No fan in bathroom so it completely was like being in a fog when showering. Also stains on carpeting in many places. I questioned whether things were really cleaned before we got there. I would NEVER go back to this place. I do NOT understand how this had a 3 star rating - hardly was a 1 star! AVOID!!
