“Great Hotel”

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was really t"top drawer" . We highly recommend staying there when in Saratoga Springs.

“excellent stay...great location”

We loved this hotel, great location, close to restaurants, shopping, and alot of nightlife. We had a car but walked to everything. Joe, the manager was so helpful and friendly I looked forward to seeing him every morning. The front desk , so pleasant. Thank you Becca, Amanda and Scott. Our housekeeper, tracy went well beyond her duties to make our stay comfortable, Love the large refrigerator and microwave in the room. Beds were heavenly! Homemade cookies and coffee and tea all day were xtra nice touches...Woulod stay there again......Nice town

“A great weekend”

This hotel is one block off Broadway, but it was convenient to off street parking, and within walking distance of several restaurants. The hotel has the feel of a brand new place, and a perfect setting for a family wedding. The hotel has a beautiful entry and breakfast area, far nicer than any of the other member of this chain that I have stayed at. The staff was friendly, and helpful with suggestions for lunch or dinner. Breakfast- included, was in a large room so people could move around and had a wide variety of choices for both kids and adults. The dining area was well lit with large windows and a double fireplace with comfy chairs. It was a great place to read the Sunday paper and visit with family. A fantastic place to stay - we are planning a return visit.

“Pricey, but very nice.”

Although our room was a bit pricy, it was very comfortable and very nice. The chamber maid came at 2pm, which was fine. Other friends staying there had a 9am knock on their doors for cleaning, which didn't please them so much. So remember to use your 'do not disturb' if you don't want a 9am knock on your door! Overall the hotel was clean and new, however I opened a door in our room to find some type of air filter system that was full of dust and dirt. We had several friends staying at the same hotel and all of us had stuffy noses throughout our 2 day stay, which I can attribute to the air quality - - because our sinuses cleared after we'd left. I also noted the bathroom floor was not completely clean, having found some drips and hair there. A quick swipe with a damp towel took care of it. The breakfast was wonderful, offering anything you might want to start your day, but get there before 10am, because they close promptly!

“Couldn't really ask for more......”

Really liked staying here. Would stay again. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Pool was good, hotel location great. Breakfast ample. Room was a good size, but the coffee machine in the bathroom a bit odd!

“Good for a one night stop over or weekend”

They gave us a nice suite. THe beds were very comfortable and it was a quiet hotel despite being very busy with a wedding. The location is near a lot of restuarants.

“Top Notch Hotel!”

We only need a hotel for one night before heading to Lake George and I'm so glad we stayed here. The hotel itself looks to be recently remodeled, nice furnishings, comfortable bed, etc. The staff is truly outstanding. The front desk person went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed (we have an infant) and even went so far as to order us dinner from the restaurant next door and personally bring it to our room. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and I"m a pretty picky eater. I highly recommend staying here next time you are in town!

“A gem of a hotel at an affordable price”

This Hampton Inn feels like a five-star hotel. Beautiful lobby, complementary full breakfast bar, nicely appointed rooms with large marble-like bathrooms, spotless. Staff is very nice and accomodating. Hotel is in perfect spot, right down the block from the center of town and within walking distance of Skidmore College.

“Pleasant Experience”

Our first stay at the Hamptons Inn and Suites in Saratoga, NY We were there for a week of horse racing. We were pleasantly suprised at the attractive decor. All amenities one would want.
