"The rooms can use new AC units as the rooms smelled due to water leaking I’m from the unties onto the floor. One of our rooms smelled bad. The showers have been updated but do not keep the water in the shower and leak onto the bathroom flooding which can cause a slip and fall."

"The hotel is in a great location and walkable to just about everywhere in downtown Sarasota. The bed is super comfy & pillows were great. The hotel is generally clean, but there are not a lot of amenities. I probably wouldn’t stay more than a night or two but for the price point and convenience it was perfect. "

"Ari was SO HELPFUL! She provided early check-in when I asked, after hurting my back getting to Sarasota, and it was a HUGE relief! Then she allowed me to check out 36 hours early and refunded the night I did not use. And to top it off, she secured the iPhone charger I had forgotten, and had it at the desk before my flight home to Iowa! A super experience, thanks so much Ari!"
