Housekeeping was completely whacking. I had to ask for toilet paper came in the next morning, and they only emptied out the trashcan. They did not clean the bathroom. They did not replace the towels they did not vacuum. They only made the bed I had to ask for extra blankets to make up the rollout bed that was completely uncomfortable. We were in room 106 which was right next to the office of the housekeepers. They woke up, they woke us up every morning at 6:30 6:45 making ridiculous amount of noise. Unacceptable and response was I didn’t call to complain. I told them that I was not going to move five people in our room all of our stuff to another room you were only there for three nights . They did not even offer us a refund or discount. The pool is supposed to close at 9 PM is what we were told. They kicked us out at 8:40 each night was completely disgusting. I would never stay there again disappointed in the whole experience.
