This property needs an upgrade, welcome packages with Wi-fi password, taxi or Uber telephone numbers and restaurant recommendations, would be a nice touch. Rooms need amenities, coffee maker and microwave. Our room desperately needed a paint job. Our door did not work properly it was sticking and hard to open or close. The staff were very friendly and helpful there are many places to eat and shop.

It’s at the perfect location literally a 3 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the casino .. absolutely amazing can’t wait to go back..no view at all from my room though, which was mehh but other than that loved where it was more than anything

JUST DONT! The app they want you to use was useless since it never opened our door so we got a key. Couldn’t get a hot shower for the entire 5 days we were there… then the pipes burst. I knew this place wasn’t gonna be the Condado Vanderbilt or La Concha but dear God I wasn’t expecting what we walked into. The noise never stops, the entire place echoes, you hear everything magnified. The pool is a bad joke, think concrete kiddie pool. This place is closer to a youth hostel then a “boutique” hotel. Pay a few $$$ more & go somewhere nicer.

This felt more like staying at a motel, the cleanliness was not great, the area is noisy with a lot of work on the street, the staff was not friendly nor helpful. I would not recommend.
