Linen and towels were fresh and the room came complete with a laundry basket--which for a family of 5 is a bonus feature. haha! "Location excellent, unit good size, very clean, well equipped. Great unit to people watch down below in Santana Row. Crowds come on the weekends. The internet speed is slow for my needs. I use it for hospital EMR so xrays, MRI’s, CT’s and charting."

"Beautiful interior. But...UNABLE TO USE OVEN BECAUSE THERE WAS A GAS LEAK. Were no cleaning products.Owner said would be cleaned in 62 days. Only had broom to sweep for cleaning, and the one grill they left for cooking was filled with grease and by products from prior use. There was no toaster, coffee maker, coffee cups..only chipped/cracked dishes, glasses. WORST OF ALL-TOILET BACKUP... 5XS usually for full days. ONE DAY STAYED FOR PLUMBER WHO SAID TO REMOVE BIG METAL CAP IN DRIVE AND LET WATER...
