"Let's start with the positives. The hotel's location couldn't be better, situated right in front of the ski lifts and pistes. This made it incredibly convenient to hit the slopes first thing in the morning and to return to the hotel after a day of skiing. "We were unfortunate to visit Finland in an uncommon heat wave, which the hotel (and most finnish hotels as well) was not prepared to. "Fantastic for ctoss country skiing. Traclks start straiaght from the doorstep and are very welll maintained. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Pitty the restaurant wasn't open in rhe evening. I wasn't keen on O'lery's. Had fish and chips there first evening. They were lukewarm and literally just fish and chips - no peas. Ended up having a good breakfast and then buying sallads from the local supermarkert (about 20 min walk away) or the little shop in the hotel. There was a microwave in the corridor so that was another option. It was just a 10 minute bus ride from airport to hotel. "
