"Although a bit dated in some respects, recent renovations are evident. The room was clean, the bed comfortable although a Queen would have been appreciated rather than a Double. "Very nice… like brand new / newly renovated.. room was super so did bathroom… nice gym… the only thing is that being outside the main city, no restaurant within walking distance…. Need to to take your car and drive 5-10 minutes… Still full stars…."

"Although a bit dated in some respects, recent renovations are evident. The room was clean, the bed comfortable although a Queen would have been appreciated rather than a Double. The continental breakfast had great hours for those on the road early (5:30am). The room was affordable and priced accordingly. The Chinese buffet next door was excellent. The exterior (front) was paved however the rooms at the back were off a laneway which is narrow and largely unkept. The back was gravel with overgrown grass and plenty of potholes. The hill is steep so be careful if you have a vehicle with a low chassis. The step and back porch need some TLC as some of the boards are split. If I rated the overall experience a positive, is that for the price the accommodations were better than expected. The hotel is also within walking distance to the hotel and for this visit it was our primary reason for being in the area."
