This property provides access to a putting green, tennis, volleyball, pickleball, and basketball courts, 2 community pools, a playground, and fitness room, all located at Harbor Island Racquet Club. Guests will love using the beach wagon to easily move gear across the boardwalk directly behind this home, reaching the beach in minutes.

As the rolling tide of the ocean washes up against the shores, arriving guests will be welcomed to the property by a beautiful, 2-story aqua façade with white accent railings and window frames. Easily pull into the 2 ground-level parking spots, one in the driveway, and one under the house, accompanied by a gas grill and seating—ideal for cooking up the day's fresh catch. Don't forget to use the outdoor shower to clean off sandy feet before entering the home after a day at the beach. A staircase leads to the front porch with comfortable seating to admire the stunning views.

Inside is a warm and inviting first-floor great room, perfect for entertaining. Host guests on a plush sofa or 2 matching armchairs to enjoy quality time together or turn on the 65” TV with surround sound and enjoy a movie night. Feel right at home in the adjacent dining area, surrounded by windows with beams of sunlight streaming onto the 6-seat dining table and nearby 3-stool breakfast bar. With a fully-equipped kitchen that includes ample counter space and Frigidaire appliances, it’s easy to prepare a home-cooked meal.

Upstairs, guests can retire to the second-floor accommodations, featuring 3 bedrooms—1 primary bedroom with access to a private balcony and seating, and 2 guest bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds. All with incredible ocean views!

Please be advised that all guests are required to have a car pass in order to access the island. Up to 2 car passes are allowed. Passes must be confirmed through Natural Retreats in advance of your stay. Resort access requires a car pass to enter. Information for this entry pass should be gathered at booking or a minimum of 14 days before arrival.
