"The house is even nicer than the pictures show. Kitchen looks to have been recently redone and is very well appointed. Plenty of seating around the island or at the dining table. The pool is great. We had some very cool nights so it struggled to get past 76 degrees but was still warm enough and we were in every chance we could get. It has a decent sized gas weber BBQ that seemed pretty new and we cooked on it every night that we weren’t checking out the local sag harbor restaurants. Nice...

"I rented this home for my bachelorette party which consisted of 10 women over the age of 30 looking for a relaxing pool weekend. We were informed by the homeowner upon arriving that the maid would be there in the afternoon. We arrived at the house and the homeowner was there "cleaning" and informed us the "sheets were all changed on the beds." When we arrived, the kitchen still had food caked on the floor, there were multiple broken beds and some of the bedding had yellow stains on them. There...

"We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Very convenient to the town of Sag Harbor. House was very comfortable in every way. The only thing I would recommend is to outfit all of the windows with some kind of window coverings. Other than that, I would highly recommend a stay here."
