the hotel was wonderful. Darryn, the Manager couldn't do enough to help us. the food was wonderful, the location fantastic, our room was as to be expected for a boutique hotel of this standard, excellent. would have no problems recommending this hotel to anyone. Wish we could have stayed longer.

“Will definitely stay again!”

Not a bad word to say about this place. Great room, well decorated and welcoming. Very friendly staff even at 1am when we checked in. Food is brilliant if you don't want to head out for a meal. Location is perfect for Rotorua, Triple 1 Five is just around the corner, a great stone grill resturant. City centre is less than 5 minute walk from the hotel. Quiet location but perfect for everything you could want to do in Rotorua. Stay here!

“Excellent Hotel, Brilliant location and service”

Excellent hotel . Great location right in the heart of Rotorua , just around the corner from all the bars and restaurants on Eat Street . Service is amazing . The owners are so helpful from the minute you walk in until you leave. Rooms Lovely , stay in a 1 /2 bedroom apartment . Hotel Bar and restaurant both really good too. Outside guest come to this hotel as its that good.

“Regent of Rotorua”

Room was really nice and clean but only a queen size bed :( Gym only had 3 machines and almost pointless, be prepared to just run outside if you want a workout. Very expensive. Very convenient and well located.
