“Excellent Location”
The hotel is ideally situated 10-15minutes walk from the Colosseum and other historical sites including the Forum, Trajan's Markets, the cathedral of Rome amongst others and is also situated close to a metro station allowing accessibility to sites further away in Rome. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, well run with helpful staff and a good breakfast buffet.
“Very impressed.”
Staff friendly, the rooms were clean. Beds are small, but typical for Europe.
“Very Impressed”
Hotel managed to exceed expectations. Room looked exactly as per photographs on expedia (isn't always the case with some hotels). The staff were very helpful to us when we were there and buffet breakfast was a good start to the day. Previous reviews have mentioned noisy maintenance work but we never heard any such things during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. One word of warning for those who don't like or want to be walking large distances the hotel is a fair distance from the main attractions you will want to visit in Rome. However if you do walk into the city centre from the town you will see so much more of the history that the city offers.
“Great Location, Great service, Great Room, Great Trip”
Don't listen to any of the reviews on the other websites. After booking a i was a little apprehensive. However, my stay in Rome (September 2010) could not have been better. The hotel was clean modern and the staff very welcoming. The location is suberp for eating and was only 8minutes walk to the colosseum. Would definatley stay here again if i went to Rome and would recommend it for the price location and over value, breakfast was more than ample and the rooms a good size for sleeping in after a long day sight seeing, stay here and have a great trip.
“Great Place to stay in Rome”
Just got back from a long weekend in Rome. The hotel was great - the road it is on doesn't look great but don't let that worry you as the hotel is lovely. It is small but very clean, rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable big beds, sky tv, bathrooms is modern and clean - the only thing I will say is that the shower is quite small so my 6'5 husband found it a bit of a squeeze. The buffet breakfast was very nice, eggs, ham, cheeses, crossants, fruit, muslie, yoghurt etc. Location is excellent. Only a 10 min walk to the Colloseum and about a 5 min walk to the nearest metro which takes you straight to the Vatican in about 15 minutes. All in all had a great stay there.
“Highly recommend”
We were very satisfied with this hotel. A 10 minute walk to the Colosseum and a 4 minute walk to the Metro, this very modern hotel was a steal. The breakfast buffet really was a buffet- with fresh eggs, meats, cheeses, breads, cereals, yogurt, granola, fruit, etc. The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were small but modern with super comfy beds.
“Good deal”
I was very pleased with the service the overall outlook of the hotel. Especially for the price and the location, couldn't have had a better deal. The only unpleasant thing was when some guest moved next door and we could have needed more soundproofing from them.
“Excellent Hotel.”
Everyone was very frienly. The room was small but it was very nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was very good and with many choices. it is located in a quite area just 10 minutes walking from the Colosseum and 5 minutes from the metro station.
“I' d like to stay there again.”
We are very satisfied of the service, the cleanliness of our room, the breakfast was excellent and the location of the hotel is very convenience to the city transport. The receptionists were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!...
“Wonderful relaxing hotel”
I went to this hotel for a romantic anniversary break with my girlfriend and we both loved the hotel. The staff are very pleasant and eager to help and were very quick to resolve any issues. Whilst at the hotel the pool was being reconstructured, however we could not hear any noise (room is soundproof) from the workmen and you would not have known they were there if it wasn't for the sign and pool area being closed off. The hotel is only a short walk from the ancient city which makes short tourist breaks ideal since most areas can be reached by foot. The bathroom and bed were fantastic, could not have asked for anything more. My only disappointment with Italy is the fact the city has a graffiti problem with many walls being covered in spray paint.
