"Very nice overall, however this is not a 4-star hotel due to the lack of isolation in the rooms (you can hear your neighbors stomping around on the floors above you) and you can smell sewage every now and then, and the bathrooms need some serious attention: best if they could surround the bathtub with glass or something as water gets everywhere and it doesn't drain properly, which leads to areas with black mold. "The hotel is not maintained, the smell of mold in the rooms. The location of the pool is far from the rooms. It is not possible to bring food and drinks to the pool area and the hotel requires you to buy in the pool at high prices. The whole ComMalex is not built in a friendly way."
