“Very Nice Hotel”

Very Nice Hotel, only problem had to wait too long to check in, the one person there had no help and it was 5:00 PM.

“A wonderful surprise”

This hotel is located at an easy on/easy off ramp about 10 miles east of downtown Rockford. The hotel is practically new and everything went great. The bed linens were top quality, there was a huge tv and the front desk staff arrainged for a cab to take me downtown to try out the Carlyle Brew Pub.

“Great Stay Again”

When traveling though the Rockford area I have stayed here several times over the past few years due to the consistent quality and convenient location. I have always found the hotel to be clean and well maintained. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very good. The swimming pool is very nice. My son enjoys the water features in the pool area so swimmming is a must when we are there. On my most recent trip the television equipment seemed more dated and needs to be updated.

“Very Impressed”

Room and hotel overall were very clean. Bed was fantastic and has a firmness adjustment. Staff very courteous - quick and happy to assist or provide information. Large pool area with several splashpad/waterpark-type activities, volleyball net and backboard - seems great for families travelling with children of all ages. Minor issue with the whirlpool timer, but that was handled within minutes - again, the staff were very attentive.

“Good Value”

Hotel staff was very accommodating and pleasant too. Hotel lobby restaurant is small, but the breakfasts were good and reasonably priced. Did not swim, but the pool area looked nice. Very comfy beds. Will stay there again next time we're in Rockford.
