Two day stay in Rimini
The check in and check out process was easy. The hotel even arranged a taxi for us to get to the train station on the check out day. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and both were very fresh and tasty.

great stay in Rimini
It was great hotel. Service was excellent, room and view were awesome. We really enjoyed the spa also. Breakfast was excellent. Only improvement could be water pressure/ flow in bath tub as it took a long time to fill.

I like evryone there! The staff is a fantastic group of young professionals, very nice and always ready to accommodate every request. What this hotel should improve is the cleanness of the rooms, particularly bathrooms (toilet bowl was not properly cleaned, and bathtub full of women's hair). Also, really important is the restaurant, while again the whole staff is incredibly nice, the food is terrible! The kitchen here tries really hard to break into the modern cuisine with what they think is a unique menu that i reality turns out to be a disaster of poorly cooked, and poorly selected flavors. An example of how bad is the kitchen here is the way they were able to ruin a very, very simple mixed grilled fish selection, buy first grilling and then deep frying and adding breadcrumbs to the fish. It was disgusting, and made me sick the whole night!

Fun modern hotel!
We loved how modern and fun this hotel is. Complimentary Spritz was the icing on the cake. Wish we had time to use the spa & pool. Next time!

Modern hotel with first class service.
Extremely modern hotel with an emphasis on well being. Incredible huge jacuzzi and pool. Beautiful healthy breakfast offering fresh smoothies as well as a large selection of freshly cooked food. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. We borrowed bikes and cycled into the city centre which was fab as a bit too far to walk. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very attentive. The breakfast buffet was amazing with the ability to order hot items off the menu. The room was spacious and modern. Location was great right across from the sea. Just beautiful.

The service was outstanding in every way possible. We were greeted by name and received a welcome drink. They helped with train reservations and car service to San Marino and the train station. There were free afternoon appetizers, extensive included breakfast.

The best option in Rimini?
Hotel is very nice but having stayed in other 5 star hotels and above this one doesn’t quite live up to the claim. It is still one of the nicest hotels and is in a great location with a decent outside bar, however... Everything is white and as a result of this and being a little older the pool looks dirty (but isn’t), the room furniture is showing a few signs of wear and tear, there is no complimentary water, for some strange reason the Spa doesn’t open until 15:00 and the pillows are something even Fred Flintstone would suggest as a bit on the firm side! Whilst we were there for a weekend we knew would be busy and prone to partying (MotoGP) there was a lot of noise from both the hotel bar and the bar next door, this went on until gone 2AM pretty much each night. Despite all the above we still enjoyed our stay, and it is one of the best hotels in Rimini, just be aware of the pitfalls.

Great hotel and staff
Very relaxing hotel just across the road from the beach with great sea front views. Very modern surroundings. Breakfast served till 12pm which is really useful. Pool small but open 24hrs and heated. Great place to relax for weekend break.

Modern, chic hotel by the busy beach
i-Suite Rimini was the most modern hotel we could find in this area that showed lots of promise. Mostly justified with a few small issues that we resolved in the end. We stayed for 4 nights and for our stay we had 3 different rooms! The 1 st room was lovely large suite on the side of the hotel. All fine and dandy except that these suites have TV's in the ceiling over your bed. No issue there except that the previous occupant set a radio alarm on the TV for 4.30 am and 5.30 am. We asked if they could stop this for the following night and they said that they had. They had not and also the following morning after our 2 early alarm calls we had a fire alarm at 8am. The whole hotel in complete disarray as nobody seemed to know procedures which was extremely worrying as we were on the 5th floor and we appeared to be locked in by an automatic fire door. We asked to be moved as we were getting fed up of the sleep deprivation and also the air conditioning kept sucking up the smell of sewerage which was quite unpleasant. We were moved to a very small room which was fine but tiny and then the following night to another large room like our first but instead of the side a sea view which was the best yet and without the smell of sewerage!

Very sleek, modern, different, a treasure by the sea. My only complain could be that the beds were somewhat hard on the mattress. However, everything else was wonderful.

Interesting value-proposition
Went to Rimini with my husband for a romantic getaway; Rimini is more of a party (young) scene than really a good family beach resort and so it disappointed a bit. The hotel itself positions itself as a boutique hotel with a very particular 'millennial' appeal and so it's not for all tastes (for example, all the staff dresses in white like 'nurses') On the more positive side: staff at the hotel were incredibly polite and helpful and always with a smile. smile;

Just Perfect
The whole experience was just wonderful. The hotel is perfect, beautiful with lots of technology going on. If you like traditional its not for you, the designer Simone Michell has thought of everything. Loved the unique check in. It feels like a corner has been turned in hotels. The room was lovely, spacious and the lighting was stunning. The pool area is great and open 24 hours!! Which was just excellent. Large balcony to watch the world go by. The spa was gorgeous, snacks and drinks complimentary. The facilities were fantastic in the spa all with sea views and very relaxing. The staff are so lovely, helpful and polite. Breakfast was gorgeous and very varied. We booked this as part of our tour of Italy, only going to Rimini as we liked the hotel so much. Rimini is lively and has a great atmosphere. We loved the hotel and facilites so much we didn't want to go to bed as there so much to do and see. Definitely will go back but will stay two nights next time as one night just left us wanting more....

Very Nice Property in Rimini
This is a nice hotel with a funky minimalist flair and style. The staff were always very nice and extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had ample selections to meet a wide range of diets. The rooms are likewise decorated in a very minimalist fashion but we found everything we needed (except an ice machine which is likely a US vs Europe thing). They have a deal with Beach 55 just across the street where you get two lounges and an umbrella for 15 EU. The beach was great and the water incredibly warm. You also get a one hour usage of the paddle boat (normally 10 EU) which is a fun way to see Rimini from the water. Overall, I liked the stay and would recommend it to those who would enjoy its many features.
