Beautiful hotel. Modern and very clean. I never heard the planes or any noise despite being literally next to the airport. Staff was professional, kind and helpful. Great stay! I would recommend but I would have a car as the bus doesn't run often and the walk to downtown can be a little tricky if the weather is bad.

The promotional pictures suggested the pool and spa was included and o literature said otherwise but on arrival we were informed that was an additional amount of €20 per person per day. The hotel was 1.6 km walk from the centre and the only reason we booked was because of the Spa. However Expedia did offer compensation.

We went during Easter Weekend. We liked the fact that there was a restaurant on site. A lot of the places in town were closed for the Holiday. It was nearby a convenient store, and you can’t beat all the FREE PARKING. The room was nice enough, we had a view of the airport runway, but we didn’t mind because we were out exploring 10 hours a day. The Water Pressure and temperature in the shower was great.

The receptionist who checked me in didn’t notice I have a breakfast option and told me I had to purchase the breakfast. So I decided to skip it but when I check out, another receptionist told me I had a credit for breakfast that I didn’t use. But it was too late that time and I had to go. They refunded me but I wish the first receptionist didn’t make that mistake. I thought there was a bathtub in the room that I booked because that what the pictures showed at the time of booking on website but actually there was no bathtub. I asked them to upgrade the room with additional fee. It was also not nice that the spa/pool closes early and opens late. I couldn’t enjoy it during my stay (I checked in at 7pm and checked out at 9am). It was an ok stay. Nothing super impressive.

A really nice hotel. A bit of a walk to get into the city. Pleasant helpful staff. The breakfast was great. Pity that you had to pay extra for pool and spa facility, so didn't use it. Room was clean and spacious.

The restaurant and spa were really wonderful, and water pressure and temperature adjustment was top notch, but there was a blood stain on the fitted sheet when we arrived!! that’s not just dirty, it’s a health hazard!!! (They did fix it right away when we went down to tell them about it, but that was another problem! The front desk never answered even though we called multiple times! They never answered calls from our room the entire 3 days and nights we were there!! The staff was helpful & accommodating every time we went the desk, but come-on! -There were multiple spots of damage to wood-work in the room.

Great modern hotel with clean comfortable rooms and a nice bar and restaurant area. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to Perlan and walking distance (a 20 min walk) to the Cathedral and the city centre. Close to a thermal beach and also a short drive to Sky Lagoon. We had a car so free parking was a bonus. Free wifi also worked well in all areas. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Everything was very good. We liked the hotel and al the facility. The only comment is related to the breakfast price. We saw a price at the moment of the reservation thru Expedia, but they did not gave us that price at the momento of the check in and I mentioned I was Expedia VIP Gold. The price of the breakfast was doubled.
