“Low Cost, Great Condition, Great Cleanliness”
Our first observation is WOW, for this price there are plenty of hotels we've stayed at that you expect to get a low price because they don't keep clean and bathrooms are not in great cleanliness or condition. This place was in Great condition for the price of the room!
“Redding Motel”
Good motel if you're looking for a clean and peaceful town in California.

This place was so conveniently placed and so reasonably priced that we would recommend it to anyone. The manager was pleasant and very helpful for our internet and laundry service. He recommended an excellent restaurant as well. We'd stay there again if we ever go to Redding, CA. VBL
“Good for the price”
The room was clean, comfortable and included continental breakfast which was pre-packaged pastries, fresh fruit, juice and coffee.
“Good deal at a low price”
This is not a fancy place, but it is a good deal. The room was clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful. There wasn't too much traffic noise. It was a fairly convenient location in Redding.
“Redding”
For the price, it was a good deal. The room had old furniture, but that's ok. The bathrrom and the bed sheets were clean. That's what mattered to me the most. There were a couple of things that were frustrating. There were no 3 prong outlets on the wall to plug in our laptop cord, so we had to unplug the refrigerator and use the plug in back of the microwave. We didn't really need the fridge anyway. All the outlets were 2 prongs. Also, there were two heaters, one on the wall and one on the AC unit. I suggest the AC unit since the other heater made the room super duper hot. My family and I only stayed for the night so I was satisfied.

The management was rude when I asked to check-in a bit early. Said to come back at 2:30 - no earlier. Got a 5am wake=up call instead of the 7am call requested. Rooms were clean. Comfy bed. Nicest pillows on bed. Great location.
“Redding, CA”
The hotel is older, 70's I would say and the owners were foriegn, so the smell of their meals was overpowering. We stayed in an second floor room, which had vaulted ceilings, they were nice, made the room feel bigger. The room was standard to most hotels. Room had a large dresser, a small table for two and a king size bed. The bathroom is very small and the shower is horrible.

While an older hotel these are clean well kept rooms. Need to update plug-in capabilities to three prong.
“Good for a cheap hotel”
our room was close to the office and upstairs very quiet and very clean the staff was very nice and served us well..we usually stay at high end hotels but had to down grade this trip was there for a week..only complaint is the mattress was to hard would suggest to the hotel to upgrade those a few at a time. Our room was spacious and the water pressure was great !
