"Check in was great. The staff member was very nice and made us feel at home with complimentary drinks. room was clean and tidy. only downside was the noise, sounded like someone was running a marathon in their room upstairs til the early hours and it was very loud from a group of lads in room next door. With young kids that was a nightmare trying to get them to sleep. I did call down to reception to address this and would told it would be looked into but nothing seemed to change. "
