“Loved the place.”

This my second stay in this hotel. My first trip was 1998. Lovely place to stay with kids. Planning to go back next year.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE HOTEL, 5 star service for a RIDICULOUSLY GOOD PRICE! I feel its my duty to spread the word because of how incredible it was! The staff is amazingly kind, funny and helpful. They are attentive, professional and always happy (not the fake kind). The hotel itself is SPOTLESS and the location on the beach is prime! Did i mention they have 2 pools? Huge pools! Entertainment, great food, a market IT WAS HARD TO LEAVE! ROOM SERVICE & CLEANLINESS = SUPERB!! Did i also mention that there is a mall 2 minutes walking distance as well as the fact that downtown is about a 4 minute drive away and its super close to the airport? PEOPLE, IF YOU HAVE ANY COMMON SENSE, DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND PAY FOR A RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE HOTEL! Villa Del Palmar is a 5 star hotel at a 31/2 star price! I was hoping to keep it my little secret but i absolutely owe it to the staff and hotel to give my compliments to them in the best way that i can! SEE YOU IN DECEMBER ;)!

The price is excellent but the service and cleanliness of the rooms and pool is even better.

The location, service, the staff, the food & drinks are excellent! I would only recommend updating furniture and wall art. VERY outdated. And, fumigating the rooms ~ I notice little "no-see-ums" in the kitchen areas.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, everything was perfect. We plan on staying there again next year.

“Very Nice Hotel”

The hotel was very nice and we stayed for 8 nights. People told us that it was mainly a timeshare place but we were never bothered. The room was very nice and clean, the kitchen said came with everything we needed if we wanted to cook. They had a store right down the street and another one that is 24 hrs. The hotel was very family oriented so I wouldn't recommend it if you wanna party. We didn't really bother the staff but if we needed something they would accommodate. The rooms had a great view and there was a store and laundry center that was part of the hotel. When you get to the beach there are a bunch of people trying to sell you stuff but other than that the hotel was great and I would love to stay again.

“Excellent Hotel”

Villa del Palmar was a wonderful hotel, it has 3 swimming pools and it's own stretch of beach. The staff was amazing, from the poolside servers, to the bellman, everyone was very welcoming and friendly! I would definitely stay here again!

Overall a very nice hotel, near the marina port, north of of all the downtown & malecon. right near 2 supermarkets. all the staff were very helpful, once you finally get checked in & then sit & listen to their whole timeshare speach.

“Will Stay AGAIN - GREAT LOCATION”

Great Location from Airport and Downtown. Had the two bedroom suite with a beach and downtown view! Great stay for a large family. Pool was awesome although it was a shame the bar at the pool closed down and wont be used anymore. The food at the grill next to the pool is good even the pizza was great. Would consider this hotel again. The hotel service (people) are GREAT! Any issues the supervisor (MICAELA) will take care of all your requests! There is just to much you can do while at Vallarta. While all nices beaches are in the deep south or north parts of the bay...PV makes up for its not so beautiful beaches with all the activities,food and nightlife.
