"A nice hotel, super location and stunning views with great staff who really do work hard to please you. However, it appears its glory is fading and it is in need of a refurb. There is a Spa of sorts attached but it works limited hours, so be prepared to get there early if you want to use it. Within the guest areas, you could smell stale smoke and the hotel restaurant was in a windowless small room with limited choice and poor serving staff and breakfast was just awful, has the budget been cut...

"It is in such a beautiful spot. At the top of the old towns hill. Beautiful views!! Staff were helpful and even brought us to and from our car with our luggage in their vehicle. Their place was in a restricted driving spot where the roads were quite narrow for a car…unless you are used to driving on those kinds of roads. Walking distance to the city ctr and the beach. "

"The resort is unfortunately not completed after a major renovation. Lift not operational and no toilets available in the restaurant or by the pool which was very inconvenient as we had to go up two flights (42) steps to use the toilet in our room! Food was delicious and they really tried to make our stay great and the swimming pool is fantastic! Still a way to go, but when finished and fully operational next year, it will be an amazing place to stay and enjoy the facilities!"

"Reservation not honoured and moved without choice to sister hotel called GusmayResort which instead of being in Pischici was out in the country requiring a drive of 8km back to eat and of course unable to drink. The hotel was hard to find and nowhere to park out front, so we had to call the number in heavy traffic with nowhere to park and she gave us the street address of some empty lot which was not marked at all as a parking lot and i had to keep looping around trying to find it. When i asked why it said "parking available" she said that wasn't the case in the winter. Then i had to move the car again to some other street spot. Really...
