"We did not arrive until 11.30pm as we were stuck for 3 hours in traffic in switzerland and had no way of contacting the owner. She was wonderful as we thought we would be sleeping in the car that night, but she got out of bed and let us in. Following morning, breakfast was all home made and the owner accepted my sincere apologies for the late arrival. May be an idea that Expedia gives each other a phone number to ring if late as I had no access to email whilst driving. "

"We stayed at Chez Ric et Fer for just one night. It is a beautiful town where the B&B is located. As soon as we arrived the house is so beautiful and very picturesque. We were warmly welcomed by them both - what a lovely couple! We had a long journey from England and felt instantly relaxed when we arrived. "The property has been beautifully and sympathetically restored by the owners. It is very clean and the rooms are large and airy and the bed, most importantly, was supremely comfortable. We had travelled there on motorbikes and the owner kindly allowed us to park in front of the chateau, which made for some great photos. We were also given a tour of chateau and learned about its history. After a long day's ride we decided to get a cab into the nearest large town, Beauvais for dinner. That was 80...
