Very pleased - luxurious but not overdone. Excellent bathroom layout with amenities, desk with chair AND table for two with chairs, well thought out lighting. Staff pleasant and helpful. Very convenient to my needs and I will be returning as I have a student at one of the universities in the area.

In general, this is a lovely hotel of the old school with excellent service. However, my devices did not like your server - and would not connect for safety reasons. Also, although I had mixed reasons for visiting Philly, this is not a hotel for the business traveler. It took me a while to find even one outlet and I had to rotate devices to keep them charged.

This is what a hotel should be like, sets the bar. Meticulously maintained rooms, thoughtful details, warm and genuine staff, excellent location. Scarlett’s was also delicious and they made our occasion special.

Very nice boutique type hotel in a quiet safe area. The rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms are great. High ceilings and a European flavor make it charming. Staff are friendly. The one downside is that both restaurants are closed on Monday for some reason which is very unusual for a hospitality industry. So I cannot comment on the dining options
