“Convenient, clean and comfortable”

Very nice place to stay, the entire property was clean and well kept. The room was very large, and the management was very friendly, and made us welcome.

The best thing about this motel is that everywhere you go, from the lobby, to the room, to the pool, or the breakfast room, it's obvious the owners take great pride in their property. Everything looks cared for and is in good working order. The Best Western is our favorite place to stay when we're in Harbor Springs, but we can't always stay there because during peak season and holidays the rates are much higher than other two star motels. They can easily justify charging more since it's probably most customer's first choice. It's such a convenient location, the staff is very friendly, and everything is so nicely maintained. We'll go back again and again.

Although this hotel is not fancy, it is a good value and well worth the money. The owner is hands on, and tries hard to make the stay comfortable. This is not a fancy hotel, just neat and clean. I would return.

“Clean Comfortable Rooms”

Clean rooms at a reasonable price. Hotel is older but very well-kept. Rooms could be updated. Furnishings are pretty dated but clean.

This was NOT A THREE STAR HOTEL!!!!!! We have nothing more to add.

“Less than advertised”

Expedia indicated the hotel was near Petoskey. It was a bit further than I anticipated. It was also advertised as a 3 star hotel. Hampton Inns and Holiday Inn expresses are far better hotels than this. It reminded me of a motel. In all fairness, it was fairly clean. For some this may be okay but I was looking for something a bit closer to town and possibly something with some additional amenities.
