"Kyle’s property is amazing. There’s two cabins right next to each other in case there’s more in your party. The two bedrooms on the first floor are nice and cozy with king sized beds. This cabin is pretty much brand new and everything is in pristine condition. The cabin is five minutes away from downtown Petoskey, so don't be worried about being too far out. Can't wait to come back soon!"

"Karen’s property was really beautiful. The cabin is a bit of a walk through a campsite and into the woods, perfect if you like to feel remote. The cabin was very clean and her check in process was thorough and easy. There is a nice outdoor kitchen set up with pots and pans and propane, . I will say the cabin gets very dark, even during the day, so it’s a good idea to bring flash lights and some LED lanterns if you have them. It was a bit too cold this weekend to canoe, but perfect weather for...

"Beds pushed up against wall ,hard to get in and out in the middle of the night. Claw foot tube converted to shower , hard to get in and out of for us older folks. No bath rags or bath soap. Great location with walking trail near by."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room overall was nice. The bathroom had quite a few issues. Cracks in the shower surround, large area where water had sat on the floor and discolored it, trim didn’t fit, paint wasn’t done around the toilet. "
