This home is in a great location - close drive to the beaches, downtown or NAS. Directly across the street from Big Lagoon State Park.

The perfect getaway, enjoy all the luxuries of a beach vacation at a fraction of the cost of a direct beachfront unit.

This 1,290 square foot house with a one car attached garage provides adequate room for up to 8 guests.

The master bedroom is complete with a king-sized bed, TV, closet, night-stand, and dresser-just like home! A bathroom is located off the master bedroom.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, sink, and plenty of counter space to accommodate your needs! We have all the kitchen utensils so all you'll need is food and your hungry family! We also have a dining table for four to sit and enjoy!

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, closet, and nightstand.

You can find a full-sized bed, nightstand, and luggage stand in the third bedroom.

We have a washer and dryer so you don't have to go to a laundromat!

We have of these homes that are all within walking distance of each other so traveling with friends and family and staying close to each other is very convenient! Check out the other homes as well!

Come relax and enjoy the white sand beaches at Big Lagoon State Park and Johnson Beach!

Clean and convenient to Perdido Key
Perfect place for 6 people and 10 minutes from the beach. Restaurants or groceries are just minutes away. It’s a cute house, clean and on a quiet street. The owner is friendly and is prompt with emails and reminders.

Nice Stay!
Everything was “Great!” Only problem was ice machine wouldn’t drop the ice down but it made plenty, we just got it off the top. Need one or 2 more big pots to cook in. Overall everything was Great! All shopping stores are right there in the vicinity. Would recommend and stay again. Tks! GOD Bless..

Overall an okay stay.
Overall was okay!! The property manager Jimmy communicated with us when we had questions or concerns almost immediately. The checkin process was super easy. Everything looked nice except for a couple minor things. Upon arrival the house had hand prints on the wall and some shelves and draws had cracks and seemed like they were going to break. The house smelled like wet dog as well. As per the neighborhood the man next door would constantly peep through his window and come outside just to stare. Since we were mainly females it made us a little uncomfortable. We were still able to take walks outside and workout outside. Location wise we were so close to the beach and it was fantastic! The house just needs some touchups and it'd be perfect!

Family Trip
The property looked just like the pictures in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our needs; we were in town to welcome our first grandchild! The location was perfect - 10 minutes from our daughter and close to shopping and restaurants. Thanks again!

My friends and I stayed here during our Spring Break! Super comfortable and fit our needs. In a great spot close to beaches so that was a plus! Beds were really comfortable! The place was clean too, providing towels and extra blankets which came in handy. The water heater went out one day, but owner came by and fixed it with no recurring issues! Kitchen had basic supplies but be sure to bring seasonings and little things like that because that's not provided. Overall, it was a great stay!

This property is exactly as the pictures show, nothing fancy but clean, roomy, and comfortable. Good location for getting to the beach, downtown or NAS - all within 20-30 min drive without the crowd or crazy traffic. Great communication with the property manager.

Wonderful small house
Centrally located to fishing,beaches,flora bama etc place was very clean! Property manager was very responsive and just awesome! The state park is right across the street and stores are within 5 minutes. Neighborhood is very quiet and the pet friendly part makes it even better. We will definitely be back ! Highly recommend

Great location!
Great little house in a great location. We did day trips all the way from Orange Beach to Destin while staying here. Not a major tourist/traffic area, which was great. Convenient to several grocery stores. Do not miss out on Jaco's restaurant-just 2 streets over...so good!
