Beach Colony. Comfortable 2 bedroom on the first floor (above ground floor). Master has great gulf view with large jetted tub with gulf view also. Second bedroom can be made into a suite with pocket door. Large balcony that overlooks the pool. Well stocked kitchen and big screen tv. TV’s in both bedrooms.

Small group getaway
This place was even better than the pictures! Very roomy, easy access 1st floor unit, great location, and directly on the beach. We had everything we needed, and Michael was so easy to get in touch with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable stay!
Michael, the property owner, was very helpful and extremely accommodating! The unit is tastfully decorated, and all of the kitchen, bath, and cleaning products were plentiful. Check-in was very simple and easy. We visit the area annually, and would love to stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful time! The condo was just perfect for us (my wife and two teenagers). The condo was clean and nicely decorated! The owner Michael couldn't have been any nicer!! It was an A+++ stay!! Would love to rent again soon!
