Find a piece of paradise at this beach community 2-story home - perfect for families & friends - sleeps 14*** with two master suites - one located on the 1st floor with a private attached full bath and one located on the second floor with private attached full bath & balcony, a large fully fenced backyard, luxury-style amenities including a community POOL, pickle ball courts, life-size chess board & community dock with stunning sunsets steps away! Just a 3-minute drive to the sugar sand beaches of Perdido Key, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment!

Spacious kitchen/living room layout, four bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms, with two master suites - one on the first and second levels - and a fifth sleeping space on the second level - loft style with a convertible folding futon sofa that sleeps 1. Perfect for families to spread out for ultimate relaxation on your beach getaway!

Bedroom details: The master bedroom suite is located on the first level and includes a queen-size bed - sleeps 2 with a private attached bath; 3 additional bedrooms are located upstairs; the second master suite consists of a queen-size bed - sleeps 2, with an attached private bath and a private balcony with breathtaking views of the community, the third bedroom includes a queens size bed - sleeps 2, and the third bedroom contains two bunk beds - full over queen and twin over queen, sleeps - 7 (these beds have weight limits and are meant for children.) The additional daybed is located in the common area upstairs and sleeps 2. The shared hallway upstairs includes a full bathroom.

The laundry room is located downstairs and has a large double driveway with a one-car garage and a fully fenced-in backyard with a patio and outdoor dining set.

Great house to stay in!
The property was clean and neat, very comfortable. Owner was very sweet. The ad was somewhat deceptive, the pool is not on the property and instead of being private, it was a street over and for community use.

Very nice house and property
A few problems. The property manager was quick to resolve. Note there are 4 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has multiple beds (bunks and double bed under bunkbeds). The mom of our grandchildren slept in the children's room on one of the beds under a bunkbed. There are no dressers so be prepared to live out of your luggage or use shelves in closets.

Convenient location
The pool and pier are in walking distance and you are less then 5 min drive to Publix which has everything to include bait and liquor. You are only 3 miles to the beach. Very nice place for a large family.

Annual Family Trip
This is a property that I would go back too and I highly recommend this property. The house was as expected based on pictures and description. Location is close to grocery stores, places to eat and the beach. We did have a plumbing issue on our 2-night stay. I was able to contact our host through the VRBO app and the matter was resolved in a few hours. My reason for a 3-star rating is due to the initial response I received from the male owner regarding the plumbing was as if we caused the issue. When the female owner called back with details on when to expect plumber, she more understanding and assuring. Once the plumbing issue was resolved; I was told that a piece of the PVC pipe had broken off (located in a locked sewer box outside of the home - guest cannot easily access) These houses are provided for families to enjoy and on occasion I am sure there are guest that do not take care of someone else's property. MY family and I treat any property that we stay in as if it's our own. Just because others don't have the same mindset; there is no reason to take the frustration out on current guest.

Wonderful Trip
We just completed a great 4-night vacation. We would highly recommend this property to others. Too many positives to list. I would add the following comments not to be negative, but for additional information for future renters. I stress that we had a great time and would book again. 1. The house is listed as a 5-bedroom house. The fine print does say that the 5th BR is a "sleeping area". There are actually only 4 bedrooms. The 5th area is a couch that lets out to a bed, but it is at the top of the steps right in front of the master and is not really safe for little children and has no privacy for adults or teens. It does offer a place to sleep. That caused us to rearrange our sleep arrangements, but we managed. 2. The downstairs MBR does have a nice shower/bath, but it also serves the main floor and other guests. It says it is private to the MBR, but it really is not. 3. We had 8 adults and 4 children. The house did not have enough towels and wash clothes to cover our group with 1 each as we thought it would. We managed by doing laundry daily to wash towels and washcloths. If you come with a large group, be sure to bring extra from home. 4. We did not feel it was equipped sufficiently with trash bags (4 bags for 12 people staying 4 nights) or paper towels (1 roll). Again, we got our own and made do. Just be prepared to get things like that if you have a large group. The area I rated as 4 stars would have been 4.5 if allowed. It was a great house!
