"Verg hospitable staff, the breakfast have a lot of good options, would recommend getting the bundles. Do be aware there are a lot of businessmen in the lobbies so the place feels very fanch and expensive. There is a lounge area, don't mistake the tables and entrance as the only place to hang out."

"Walkable (albeit steep uphill) to universal studio and city walk or downhill to metro station. Hotel offers free shuttle rides every 15 minutes to universal city walk during regular hours if too tired to do more walking. Friendly staff and clean room - would stay again if cancellation policy is more flexible as guests have no control over flights."

"This is an older hotel, but it is clean, well maintained and comfortable and the price is right. We stayed here because it was the closest hotel to Universal Studios that we could afford."
