“Great Hotel”

My sister and I stayed at this hotel during our spring break vacation. The hotel was clean, the staff was pleasant and it was in a great location. The rooms are small although our french friends thought it was 'spacious' blankets were a little worn and should have been replaced... but other than that we were very satisfied with what we got. The continental breakfast was simple but quite good. So, it is possible to save a few bucks by eating at the hotel instead of going to a cafe for breakfast. The staff was very pleasant except for one of the front desk personnel who got upset because our friend was calling the hotel to speak to us.

Small, clean, modern room at a great price. Perfect. Asked for a quiet room and was given one on 2nd floor at the back overlooking a small courtyard. Exceeded expectations.

“Convenient and Affordable”

After hearing many rumors about French hotel rooms, I was a little apprehensive, especially considering our meager budget. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the hotel - the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, and the room was small, but tidy. The bathroom was much larger than I would have expected, too. I was happy for the wireless internet, as I had my laptop with me. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who, like us, mainly needs a home base to sleep and shower at, and is on a tight budget. Some other major pluses were the pastry shop two doors down, a grocery store and pharmacy next door, and the cafe on the corner (Le Cadran Bleu). The hotel is barely a block from the nearest Metro, so you can get anywhere in Paris very easily from there. I didn't partake in the breakfast buffet, but my friend did and enjoyed it a lot.

“Lovely end to a long trip”

We spent 3 days in this hotel and found that the location was great - we didn't want to do the touristy things (already done on previous trips) so this was a different part of Paris for us. It was busy - a great festival on the Sunday afternoon by the Canal. The rooms were clean - slightly smaller than I might have liked but perfect since we didn't spend any time there apart for sleeping. Air con was effective. Free access to WIFI. TV was all French apart from BBC World. Good cafes close by, metro and buses on the doorstep AND the weather was perfect. Staff were friendly and approachable. Would definitely stay here again!!!

“Good value for the money and nice people”

I stayed at this hotel over the Thanksgiving holiday with my in-laws and best friend. They were very accomodating despite a few glitches that were beyond their control. It is small even by European standards but when we arrived the rooms were ready in the morning. It was reasonably priced, down the street from the Line 2 Jaures metro station, up the block is a Monoprix and the canal is nice to walk along. It was two stops away from the Montemarte area which has great shops and restaurants. If you plan any activites, such as a dinner cruise, book it yourself as the hotel charges you if they book on your behalf. The staff is friendly, front desk is helpful and you will have a good stay.

“Très bon Hotel”

Trés joli hotel, très bien accueilli, chambre trés propre et très agréable seul hic le bruit la nuit à lextérieur, voitures qui passent, klaxonnent et ambulances très bien situé, bouche de métro au bout de la rue, magasins (Alimentaires, boulangerie, charcuterie, mc do tout près de l'hotel) J'ai réservé cet hotel car je cherchais un hotel près du zenith pour un soir de concert, hotel à 3 stations de métro du zenith, très facile de s'y retrouver je vous le recommande vivement

“Convient location”

Small rooms, but that is expected in Europe. Very clean, easy check-in. Really clean, convient Metro stop outside. Easy to travel to all destinations. Continental breakfast was nice.

Great location. Supermarket 2 shops down. Bakery/fruit shop (great fresh & cheap) and pharmacy on same street. Metro stop Blue & Orange line at end of street. Hotel room Parisian size, clean and quiet. Reception helpful. Would stay there again.

“Très bon choix à Paris”

Très bon choix à Paris. L'hôtel est bien tenu. Les chambres sont confortables et suffisamment grandes pour un séjour à Paris dans les meilleures conditions. L'hôtel est situé en face du métro jaurès, ce qui fait de son emplacement un lieu incontournable et à deux pas des principaux quartiers de Paris.
