“Best Hotel in Paris!!!”

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and could not fault a thing. The hotel staff were very friendly and warmed to us even more when we tried to use French whenever possible! The hotel is a stones throw away from the Pernety Metro station. From there you can get the metro to Montparnasse which has links to most of the other metro lines. We used the metro for our stay and it was excellent. The room has been described as small but I think this is overly harsh. The room is an excellent base and very comfortable. The bathroom has a bath and an over bath shower which was slightly difficult to use but not a major problem.

“Absolutely perfect place 10/10”

This is a cracking litle modern hotel 10 seconds walk from Pernety metro station. My partner and I loved the modern room which was bigger than I had expected, as most Parisien rooms are small. Our window opened onto the most quaint little cobbled side street which gave us a fantastic view. ***One note about the breakfast: a lot of nearby cafes charge about 8-11 euros for a simple breakfast, the hotel charges 10 euros for as much as you can eat, it includes bacon, scambled eggs, croissants, pain au chocolate, yogurts, cereal, tea/coffee etc etc. This was fantastic value compared to the cafes. Of course you can buy stuff from the bakery outside if you wish to eat on the move. A FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY!

“Best and cleanliness hotel to stay within budget”

We chose to stay at this hotel as we had a budget and be close to the city. The train station was very close within a walking distance so we could go anywhere! The stay was just perfect as my partner propsosed to me whilst dining on the Eiffel Tower!! We had the best room as we were on the top floor with views overlooking the traditional french shops! The room was really clean and fresh linen was provided when we needed. I would recommend this place to my friends and family and for those who don't want to spend too much per night, this is the place to be!

“Great location, close to Metro, funky french feel”

This hotel was great. We booked it a few nights before we flew to Paris. We wanted something that was affordable however we still wanted good quality rooms, good decor and a nice bathroom. All these criteria were met. Our window looked out onto the narrow street of a traditional Paris scene; lots of little shops to get pastries, bread, cakes etc. A little supermarket was located 3 mins walk away too. By metro from CDG Airport terminal direct to the hotel room is approx 50 minutes (probably longer if travelling during the AM/PM Peak).

“Great Place!”

I would definitely stay here again. The bed was more than comfortable and the location is really perfect. It's a romantic neighborhood with so much wonderful food and fun shops. The metro is super easy and the closest stop "Perteny" is right across the street. The room is small, but why would you go to Paris to hang out in your hotel room?

“very convenient & friendly”

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and were quite happy with it. The room was a bit small but not bad for a big city. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is located in a great neighborhood with the metro stop right around the corner. The breakfast was over priced but convenient.

“a real boutique hotel”

The situation couldn't be better, 50 meters from the Metro, but if you have luggage, exit from the end of the platform with escalator. Breakfast very adequate and enough to curb hunger 'till evening meal. Room and bathroom clean and excellent, bed comfy, LCD T/V. and superb lighting and decor! No fridge or a/c but we knew that and it's only 3 star. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great area filled with hundreds of restaurants and minutes on the metro to everywhere. We would definitely stay there again.
