"Staff super helpful. The king spa suite is very comfortable. the beds arent soft but thats normal. very near many attractions. overall i really enjoyed my stay. it was a great value. there is a steakhouse within walking distance that was pretty amazing!!"

"High quality hotel with good fitness facilities including an outdoor and indoor pool (water is a bit cold though). Rooms are huge with a very comfortable bed, and are very clean and well maintained. WiFi in rooms is not great, better in the lobby. No bar that I could find and info on where the two restaurants are located was poorly signposted and poor info on them in the room. They are on level B by the way. E-cafe Western restaurant was ok, but they literally had the same buffet...

"It was a short business trip to Guangzhou. The front desk and reception service was excellent. As a foreigner, I have difficulty in arranging a taxi. The staff (Wechat nick name La La) help me to book a taxi each time I needed one. The hotel location is excellent as it is very near to subway station and a big shopping mall. Thank you. "

"Though it was our first stay, we were quite impressed with hotel staff who were quite courteous and welcoming. Though, English language was a barrier we could still walk through these challenges. The front office Manager, the solo spoken English - was quite helpful and made our stay quite comfortable. The hotel is placed in a good location specially for tourist who would like to explore the Chime long experience."

"Janocy was a beautiful small boutique hotel. The room was excellent. The staff were helpful but spoke no English. We used a translator but that was not ideal. Unfortunately, the hotel's location was not where it said it was on the website. So, instead of being located in the heart of Guangzhou City, it was actually one hour's drive away in the district of Panyu. Ideal hotel for Chinese business people who do not particularly need to be in the city centre of Guangzhou. 70 mins to airport."

"When we checked in, they couldn’t find our reservation record which we paid in advance to Expedia. we booked a lower rate room with no breakfast and have to pay at the spot (US$60 cheaper than what we paid to Expedia). When we checked out, they refunded us what we paid to them but not the amount that we paid to Expedia since they already received the payment from Expedia."
