"This place is a gem. Located in the beautiful Temecula wine country, it reminds me of my native Italy. Service, food, rooms and amenities are superlative. Try the Spa for a great experience. I’ll be a regular for sure!"

"Stayed for one night and quite enjoyed it. I would love to give it five stars in all categories but honestly couldn’t. The property condition/facilities was good, but a bit outdated. If they updated a few things (ex: elevator, balcony railings) I think this place would look great. Also, I think past guests play a huge role in how certain areas of the property looks (ex: tagged up elevator). The only reason cleanliness does not get five stars is because there was a guest walking around barefoot in the elevator to have walked out to the first floor, who knows what floor he was on but that is gross. Guests really should be conscious this place isn’t their home and shouldn’t treat it as such. But other than that, everything else was awesome. "

"We loved that everything we need was close by. It was enjoyable to have a kitchenette with a full size fridge. As soon as we landed we picked a case of water, snacks and microwaveable meals for when we want to go to a restaurant. Hot breakfast is included in the stay, this helps to start the day and of right!"

"Property is clean and safe. Staff is friendly. So close to Old Town Temecula. We walked and had lunch there. Only thing we didn’t like was the air conditioner. It is on automatic and u can’t control it. So if you like your room cold or if you get hot easily. This might inconvenient you. "
