Welcome to Bay Vista in Caine Woods neighborhood of North Ocean City, MD (Bay side)

This condo features 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom with space for 6. Close to Fenwick Island, you can bike a few blocks to the beach and to your favorite restaurants. Just ask for my favorite! Plenty of parking on site and cool off in the shared pool one block over.

Cozy and comfortable ground floor unit has everything you need! Fully stocked kitchen. Primary Bedroom has a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom. 2nd Bedroom has a comfortable (Full size) bed) The 2nd full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway next to the washer dryer. Additionally there is a sofa bed in the living room. Smart TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Strong Wifi will allow you to "WFB" (Work from the beach!))

Great stay in OC!
We had a wonderful stay in this property, the host very kindly offered to let us arrive earlier than the listed check-in time since that opportunity happened to be available and checked in on our comfort and experience throughout our visit. The place is clean, comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen supplied all our needs. We really and truly had such a lovely family holiday in OCMD thanks to the great accommodations and such a welcoming and considerate host.

Quiet Getaway
Perfect place for us for a gals getaway. My mom, sister-in-law and best friend felt right at home and so much more comfortable than of we had stayed in a hotel. The property manager was excellent with communication. I would recommend, and stay here again.
