Property location was great, staff very friendly, nice balcony overlooking the boardwalk. But no hot water in the morning for a shower - water was just warm and there was no handle to stop up the drain in the tub if you wanted to give a child a bath.

Staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Parking on premises was extremely limited but we went off season for our first stay there so we got lucky. Very reasonably priced. Oceanfront w/balcony was great.

Did not like that there was no hot water in the shower lady at the front desk was so sweet offered another room unfortunately we were all settled in and in bed already. For the price of the room they may want to check that prior to checking people into their rooma.
