“great hotel”
Very good hotel, great location. Staff very friendly
“Great Hotel in Ocala”
The hotel is situated away from the highway and near Dillards. Check in was quick however the clerk kept yawning and it was only 5pm! We stayed on a Thursday night and were able to take advantage of the complimentary drinks and food. The wine was great as were the chocolate chip cookies! The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was softer than I prefer but that is personal preference. Checkout was quick and that staff were very friendly! I would definitely stay here again.
“Presidential Suites!”
We stayed the night before my daughter's graduation from the University of Florida. We had 3 rooms, since w brought all the grandparents! They were delighted with their rooms and raved to us about providing them with "Presidential Suites"! Lots of point earned there! We had a great stay - Thanks!
“Very nice!”
We stayed here on our way to Disney World. Very nice staff at check in, room was available before anticipated check in time, and the hotel and room were very clean. The pool was great, we enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was very nice as well.
“Ocala's best”
These suites are beautiful, are in a great location near new shops, and are serviced by friendly staff. I have been staying at the Holiday Inn Conference Center and it is fine - even if the froggy decor there is a little bizarre - but the Homewood Suites will be where I stay from now on. The full, modern kitchen, comfy bed, and walk-in shower can't be beat!
“Great stay in Ocala”
The room was very spacious, well appointed and completely equipped. Hotel is back off the road far enough there is no noise at all. The breakfast buffet was nice and there were plenty of tables to accommodate guests without having to wait. The very friendly buffet staff maintained the area extremely well, quickly cleaning tables and assuring steam tables and supplies were always well stocked. The hotel is located next to Dillards and other shopping and dining options are very close at hand. This is a great place to stay, but the address isn't where the GPS takes you-- it's on the opposite side of SR 200 next to Dillards.
“Extremely satisfied”
Having spent almost a half century traveling around the world (and experiencing hotels that were either good or bad - but never indifferent) I was pleasantly surprised that Homewood Suites lived up to its billing. For openers, it was most gratifying to be told upon checking in (after a drive of five hours ) that I was "just in time fror the complimentary reception", to wit, a full buffet meal! The service was professional and the personnel were all helpful and congenial. The room was modern, clean and comfortable, and the amenities were ample . Yes, Homewood Suites made my brief stay in Ocala thoroughly enjoyable.
“Very Good Hotel”
This hotel was much better than any others that I've stayed in at this price point. From the beds to the pictures and lamps, thought you were in a home or a boutique hotel.
“Great Stay!”
My Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suites in Ocala. The room setup and decor was newer and very clean. Furniture and bed comfort were superb. Free WiFi worked good for the both of us. The breakfast personnel personalities were the best! Only negative was the A/C in our room was down when we arrived and we had to stay 1 night at the Hampton Inn. That night was free made it easier. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay there again on our next trip to Ocala.
“A fine hotel”
I stayed with my wife and two daughters recently and was very impressed by the quality of the hotel and the value received. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was tasty and the wi-fi connection was very quick. We enjoyed the pool and the fitness center too.
