Let me start by saying WOW! We enjoyed our stay so much that we are planning another trip, this is a Gem! From the moment we arrived until we left we were swept off our feet. Marcos at the beach is amazing. He made sure to remember my order and greeted us with our favorite drinks each day the pool bar opened. Gave a great recommendation for the Blue grill the second night and served us there as well. Hands down best service I have received at any all inclusive. Each morning we had breakfast at La Casona where Fabian made sure to have our coffee always filled and to have a Bloody Mary with tequila on its way to the table. Fabian also made sure to have the mimosa’s prepared during breakfast as well. Why not you’re on vacation. Other servers were Esmeralda, Caroline, Paloma, Cielo, Rufino, Daniela. Next door at the Flamingo we had Polo at the bar, loved the conversation over a glass of Siete Lenguas with club soda and lime(siete leguas). Polo always had a smile even when other guests were being very rude. One thing I found is We did not have a bad moment. We made the best of the vacation. Others may leave a different review but that is their opinion! This by far was a fun and relaxing long weekend get away. Thank you to all that I mentioned and the others that played an important role in our stay!

There were dishes left on the walkway outside our room from the previous guests - it was there all week. FYI: You have to tip the wait staff for every meal/drink they serve as it's not included in the $15/day US they add to your bill for gratuities. The food is GREAT at this place.

We had such a lovely vacation. The resort was beautiful, and the food was great. We were treated very well, and everyone was very pleasant and helpful. We went for 1 week starting April 19th. We had the all-inclusive plan and stayed in the basic studio room (2 queen beds). • Because it was mid-April the resort was not as busy – there was plenty of room on the beach and at the pool • We had no issues making dinner reservations – there were always plenty of spots and choices • The Estancia only has 2 restaurants, so we did go over to the Palmar almost every night – it is only a 2- or 3-minute walk • Other then breakfast – there are no buffets. They are all a-la-carte and a lot of menu choices. The food was better than I was expecting and quite enjoyed it. • All-inclusive covered everything except a few big-ticket items on the menus (like porter house steaks) Anything not included is clearly noted. • We did get a ‘’bill’’ for every meal which we had to sign, but we never got charged for anything we were not expecting. You can tip in cash or add the tip to the bill and pay when you leave.

Really enjoyed our stay. Estancia is a bit of best of both worlds. If you want a quieter atmosphere Estancia provides that or if you want something livelier you can head to the adjacent Flamingo section. (Have access to both). The steakhouse restaurant was amazing and def recommend. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember everyone's name but Lorena at the breakfast buffet; Raul and Daniel from the pool bar; and both towel hosts at the pool area always were helpful and attentive.
