"Very close to beach access. The room was surface clean, but when I looked behind the sofa bed, there was several items of trash behind the furniture. I’m glad that they are pet friendly however, if I have to pay $100 for my pet to stay I expect my room to be extremely clean. Also, this is no longer a comfort inn hotel, they claim to still be under choice hotels but the current name...

The room was clean and crisp and the breakfast offering was the best we have ever experienced. The girl who ran the breakfast was amazing and helpful. "Great staff, and each unit is owned by different people, but that said- unit 326 has peeling wallpaper, the toilet didn't work when we arrived, lights had burned out bulbs and the screen door was off the track and blew over on My mom's back. But the people were great and quick to remedy the issues they could. But the DVD still worked intermittently and the master bedroom had spots that were primed but not painted yet. Not so cozy."

"We've stayed in many condos in the plantation. This one definitely was 4 out of 5 stars. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The only reason for the 4 stars is because it could use a little updating and the carpet might be a concern for a long term rental, but we would stay here again."
