"Hot shower water temperature warm, not hot, could be better if a bit hotter. Bathroom shower sliding door did not work properly. Multiple hairs found on a corner of the bathroom behind the door. Fast and efficient check in. Easy parking. Clean lobby and common area. The room was well cleaned overall except hairs found behind the bathroom door. Overall a positive experience"

"This hotel was great, and popular--their large parking lot was mostly full when I looked the next morning. It's only about a mile and a half from Ben & Jerry's factory tour. The staff was friendly and great--especially Bill, who checked us in. The fitness room was good, although it had machines exclusively, with no dumbells. The indoor pool looked nice too, although we didn't have time to use it. The hot breakfast was very good, as was the conscientious staff member maintaining it. They are...

"We were in the Gate House and found the proximity to Rte 7 and the traffic light made our room noisy because of truck traffic. All staff very welcoming with the exception of our waitperson at Jessica's Restaurant for an evening meal. "

"The experience was good and in a remote hill top and access way to ski areas. The app I was not able to download and had a little trouble figuring out where to find food (take out) from nearby restaurants and there was no printed guide to the area. The setting was nice. But I never met anyone from the inn which was a different experience than I am used to. Otherwise everything worked fine. And check out via text was perfect. I would go back again."
