"We stayed here last minute as we decided to join the rest of our family on holiday, we arrived and we’re greeted by the hosts who were very welcoming and greeted us with little gifts, we had a hire car and this was no issue and had a perfect spot in the garage. "Fantastic place with excellent service. The considerate service is fantastic - they are extremely helpful. The chalets themselves are great - clean, comfortable, great amenities. Shuttle serice operated by the hotel takes you anywhere and picks you up within 15 mins. They have a partnership with the ski shop on the slopes where you have a VIP separate room, lockers, and outstanding service. "Charming hotel with attentive bi-lingual service, warm & friendly personnel. Massages & facial treatments in the warm, cosy Spa were excellent. Room was a bit cramped with too much furniture for the space, but there was a big, sunny deck to enjoy. Problem with reception of english TV channels initially which was resolved 1/2 way thru our stay. Dog friendly too!"
