Un long week-end à Chamonix

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans le chalet de Charlie à Chamonix. Le chalet est superbe, chaleureux très propre et bien équipé. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus ! Le chalet est bien situé, à deux pas du centre ville, on peut facilement garer deux petites voitures devant. La communication avec Charlie a été très facile. On recommande à 100% !

Chalet agréable

Très bonne situation proche du centre ville - Chalet agréable, les chambres sont très bien malgré l'accès à la mezzanine un peu périlleuse. L'espace repas salon est agréable mais un peu petit, un parasol pour le balcon serait bien..

Excellent Location, Perfect Home, Lovely Owner

The location of this property is within walking distance of groceries, trains, shopping, hiking and even recycling. You won't need to use a car to explore Chamonix. Charlie is willing to give excellent advice on outdoor adventures, and is a kind host. The view of the glaciers from the dining deck and hot tub are spectacular. We cooked in the kitchen every night with our 4 kids and everything was more than sufficient. We did our laundry daily and hung it to dry outside. It's practical, warm, welcoming, and definitely worth renting. You will have a lovely family vacation in Chamonix in this home!

Great location and Well Equipped

We found this gorgeous little Chalet great for our little family. Charlie was quick to react when there was a minor problem and he set the house up with a portacot, baby gate and high chair for us as well. He was a great host, the only thing he didn't do was supply the sunshine so we'll have to come back.

Magical Christmas

Spent Christmas and new year in le Flocon. Arrived to the most beautiful Christmas tree which really set the atmosphere for festivities. The chalet is really lovely and has everything that you need including a full kitchen to cook our Christmas lunch. All the basics that you need were there e.g. salt, pepper, oil, cleaning products, coffee, tea etc. Charlie had even left toiletries and packs of tissues for us. The chalet is in a brilliant location - just 5 minutes from the town. It is incredibly warm and cosy with underfloor heating throughout. There was always a plentiful supply of hot water and bathrooms had hairdryers and even a hair straightener! The hot tub outside was such fun and was a real treat after skiing. We loved it and used it every day. Everything was perfect and I couldn't fault anything. We all loved it and would love to go back one day.Charlie is also very helpful and organised my daughter's transfer from Geneva airport for us. It was great to have him so close if we needed anything - although we didn't as everything was spot on! fab-u-lous!!

2nd stay and planning more!

We just returned from our 2nd stay for our little girls 8th birthday. She asked to go to Chamonix and stay in the home because, as she said, “the house is fun and it feels good.” Still the best house and location in town. Charly is a great host. We are already planning our next visit!

Beautiful property in a fantastic location

We loved staying in the Chalet le Flocon. With the three bedrooms and the loft in the living area, there was plenty of room for our family of 5. The kitchen was well-appointed, and we appreciated having a washer. The kids were also excited to find the Xbox in the loft. We really enjoyed the views of Mont Blanc from the front balcony and the covered hot tub in the backyard. After a long day of hiking, it was lovely to be able to relax in the tub. Charlie was also extremely helpful and friendly. He checked in with us several times to ask if we had any questions/issues. Finally, the location was perfect. We could walk into the center of town in 5 minutes. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the grocery stores and restaurants. We were also able to walk to the gondolas, the Montenvers train and the ropes course. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. We would love to go back in the future.

Beautiful chalet andview

Our family loved staying in the chalet! The location was a short, easy walk to the center of town. The view from the deck is amazing! Very comfortable and nice décor. Charlie was very helpful as well.

Perfect if you enjoy a bright, clean, convenient, warm, quiet, cozy house with views and hottub

We spent a month in Le Flocon with our 2 children and wouldn't do it any other way. It's perfectly situated to walk or bike anywhere in Chamonix without hump'n up hotel stairs or up a big hill with the kids... we didn't need to touch our car! Even though it's close to the town center it's quiet and dark at night. You can acces skiing, hiking/biking trails, rock climbing, dinner, groceries and more all within a 5 min walk. It had great pillows and mattresses, I almost considered stealing them. In floor heating on super clean wood floors made walking around in nothing but my socks and birthday suit very cozy. Apres ski was always spent enjoying the IMMENSE unobstructed views of Mt Blanc and its surrounding peaks from the house, deck and hot tub. Everything worked great, it's super safe, Charlie the manager was always available, we'll definitely return.

Absolutely fantastic! Beautiful location, all the comforts of home and more!

The accommodation was both light and spacious. It contained a valued variety of appliances and poducts that ensured a comfortable stay ranging from a dishwasher and washing machine to a hairdryer and a hot tub! Convenient location for shopping and restaurants. The Views were spectacular and included Mont Blanc! Fantastic accommodation and very helpful Owner. Definitely book here again if staying in Chamonix!
