"We had a pleasant experience. There is construction in progress but i wouldn't hold that as a negative. In fact, I'd like to go back to see the upgrades. We had a small issue in the bathroom but the staff responded immediately to remedy. Food was excellent. I was surprised not find a small convience shop; Unless i missed it or it is part of the renovations. JWS"

"It was so lovely to stay directly across from the Bainbridge Fieldhouse- the restaurant was delicious, and apps from the bar after the game to take up to the room were perfect. Topped off with the best hotel breakfast we have ever had, and coffee on the outside patio overlooking the field house complex- it was a wonderful stay! "

"Our state could not have been better. We made the trip to Indianapolis because of a doctors appointment. We are elderly and have some difficulties with mobility. These were accommodated well. We were quickly greeted by valet staff and check in staff. They quickly got us our room two hours early and made the concierge services available to us. Our appointment the next day was not until 2 PM at the VA. Staff graciously allowed us to stay in the room until 1 PM without any extra charge. They quickly took charge of our luggage and stored it for us. The valet staff promptly delivered the automobile. To top it all off, we were given a complementary snickers bar on the way out the door. We would definitely stay here again. The accommodations were first class, and the location was terrific. We have nothing but good things To say about the hotel."
