"The unit that VRBO had me prepay for did not exist!! I was in another country with no where to stay. I tried to contact VRBO numerous times but this issue has still not been resolved. I haven’t gotten my money back and I havent heard from anyone directly. The fact that I am filling out a questionaire about a stay that did not happen is a prime example of the disconnect in communication."

Communication when worked to english through translator was awesome. "We had 5 adults staying here and we were all very comfortable and did not feel on top of each other as we all had our own space. A couple of small issues with a bathroom seat and a television that didn't work but nothing that actually affected the enjoyability of the trip. Location is perfect, close to everything in Sosua. House is really nice, the entire neighborhood is great. Would stay here again."

"The staff was amazing. They definitely made the trip unforgettable! Christina kept the party going every night. Her shots were amazing!! She was so fun. Jackie was the best. He makes the best Bloody Marys ever. He was so kind with all the kids, played with them, chatted with them and made them feel at home. They truly made the vacation one of the best ever.
